Site use
You may use the site for lawful personal shopping and information. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse account information, copy content for commercial resale, or use automated activity that burdens the service.
Products and orders
We work to present accurate descriptions, colors, prices, and availability. Screens and production batches can create minor differences. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing error, availability, shipping restriction, or other legitimate reason and will refund captured payment where appropriate.
Intellectual property
Site branding, layout, text, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to E & C HARDY, LLC and are protected by applicable law. Product names or artwork may be subject to separate rights.
Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. E & C HARDY, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
